Steffen, a wonderful, charming, super interesting, adventurous young German, who worked in the only electricity plant Botswana has and that’s where Steffen and Karo met. “Bist du aus Österreich?” a young man asked from a passing car while Karo was pushing her bike through the hectic little town of Palapye. Karo was puzzled and amazed, her pink “Manner” sweat ribbon had unlocked her identity. Steffen invited Karo to stay with him for as long as she wanted and that is exactly what she did. Karo hopes that this was not the last time she crossed path with Steffen and to make it easier she will of course always wear her pink “Manner” sweat ribbon when she is cycling. 😉
